At Utah ENA, we believe in recognizing the extraordinary dedication, skill, and compassion of our emergency nurses and their teams across the state. This page is dedicated to highlighting the outstanding contributions, innovative practices, and exceptional teamwork that make a difference in emergency care every day.
Whether it’s an individual nurse going above and beyond, a collaborative team achieving excellence, or an emergency medicine initiative improving patient outcomes, we want to shine a spotlight on those who exemplify the very best in emergency nursing.

Sometimes, a little recognition goes a long way. Utah ENA encourages members to give a shout-out to nurses, teams, liaisons, or initiatives making a difference in emergency care. A shout-out is a simple way to say, “We see your hard work, and it matters!”
Whether it’s a quick note about a nurse who went above and beyond, a team that worked seamlessly under pressure, or an initiative improving patient care, your shout out helps celebrate excellence and inspire others.
How to Give a Shout Out:
Shout-outs are a meaningful way to spotlight dedication, teamwork, and innovation-and help build a culture of recognition across Utah’s emergency nursing community.

Highlight and celebrate new graduates and early-career nurses who are stepping into the fast-paced world of emergency medicine.

Highlight Individual nurses who go above and beyond. Whether it’s delivering life-saving care in high-pressure situations, mentoring colleagues, or innovating practices that improve patient outcomes.

Highlight ED Units/Facilities that work seamlessly under pressure, implement innovative practices, and support each other while delivering outstanding care to their patients.
We invite Utah ENA members to share photos of themselves, their teams, or their leaders doing what ED nurses do best-working together, leading, teaching, and supporting one another in emergency care.
These images help tell the story of emergency nursing across Utah and highlight the dedication, teamwork, and pride within our ENA community.
To protect patient privacy, please do not include any patient information or PHI in submitted photos. Submissions should reflect professionalism and respect confidentiality at all times.
